Hérens Quality Corporate Excellence Award Verleihung 2021

Die Hérens Quality Asset Management prämiert seit 2008 die besten Qualitätsfirmen national und seit 2011 international. Die mediale Berichterstattung zu Unternehmen wird auch jetzt wieder von Skandalen dominiert. Dies war auch schon bei der Lancierung des Corporate Excellence Awards während/nach der Finanzkrise 2008 der Fall. Mit dem Corporate Excellence Award will Hérens Quality Asset Management Firmen ins Rampenlicht setzen, die es schaffen, trotzt teilweise widrigem Marktumfeld ein nachhaltig exzellentes Geschäftsgebaren an den Tag zu legen. Dabei stehen allgemein gültige ökonomische und betriebswirtschaftliche Grundsätze bei der Unternehmensführung im Zentrum – ohne die Bewertung einer Firma zu beachten. Das Research für die Corporate Excellence Gewinner wird durch unser Research Center in Riga, Lettland exklusiv zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gewinnerentscheidung wird durch eine internationale und sowohl akademisch wie auch praxisbezogen breit abgestützte Jury getroffen.

Über die Jahre haben sich einige Gemeinsamkeiten bei den Gewinnern herauskristallisiert: Meist liegt dem Geschäft ein klar fokussiertes, oftmals familiengeführtes Geschäftsmodell zugrunde und das Wachstum erfolgt weitestgehend organisch, ohne grössere Zukäufe. Interessant ist, dass die Gewinner oft frühzeitig Corporate Responsibility Faktoren adressieren und im Vergleich zu ihren Peers auch diesbezüglich deutlich besser dastehen. Insbesondere in diesem Jahr war es interessant zu sehen, dass die Corporate Excellence Award Gewinner trotz COIVD-19 bedingt herausforderndem Marktumfeld eine äusserst hohe Resilienz bewiesen haben.
